Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Welders to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on expertise in steel installation and a commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Perform TIG and Stick welding on structural steel components
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Ensure welds meet AWS and project quality standards
Collaborate with project managers and installation crews to meet deadlines
Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards

Requirements

AWS certification or Arizona ROC license (C‑56 or CR‑56)
Proven experience in steel welding and installation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to reliability

Preferred Skills

Experience with architectural and structural metal fabrication
Knowledge of construction site safety practices
