Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Welders to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on expertise in steel installation and a commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and Stick welding on structural steel components

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Ensure welds meet AWS and project quality standards

• Collaborate with project managers and installation crews to meet deadlines

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards

Requirements

• AWS certification or Arizona ROC license (C‑56 or CR‑56)

• Proven experience in steel welding and installation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to reliability

Preferred Skills

• Experience with architectural and structural metal fabrication

• Knowledge of construction site safety practices

• Familiarity with project management workflows
